Who is called a sensei?

In karate, teachers are often referred to as “sensei,” a Japanese term meaning “teacher” or “instructor.” Students are often called “karateka,” which refers to anyone practicing karate, regardless of their skill level.

Mondays at Vogelmorn hall:

  • Cardio&Core class at 5.10pm to 5.40pm in person and live online.
  • Intermediate Karate at 5.40pm to 6.40pm
  • Advanced Karate at 5.40pm to 7.10pm.

Wednesdays at Brooklyn Community Centre hall:

  • GRASSHOPPER Karate Foundation class at 4.30pm to 5pm
  • Beginners’ Karate (6 years and above) 4.30pm to 5.15pm
  • Brooklyn Rembuden Development Squad Sport Karate training at 5pm to 6pm.

Thursdays at Brooklyn Community Centre hall:

  • Intermediate Karate at 5pm to 6pm
  • Advanced Karate at 5pm to 6.30pm

Thursdays at Brooklyn Community Centre Lounge:

  • Cardio&Core class at 6.40pm to 7.10pm in person and live online.

Sundays at Brooklyn Community Centre hall

  • GRASSHOPPER Karate Foundation class at  3.45pm to 4.15pm
  • Beginners’ Karate (5 years and above) at 3.45pm to 4.30pm
  • Intermediate Karate at 4.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Advanced Karate at 4.30pm to 6pm
